What’s Your I.D
Your I.D is the fuel within all of you that motivates you to become confident and take charge of your life. At every minute of the day, you are constantly in motion but have you ever stopped to think of what drives you to make every effort to reach your goals? Or why you want success and how you’ll get it? The “WHY’ can simply be answered with your Inner Drive.
Your Identity defines who you are, it allows you to brand yourself, and provide you with your own individuality. It is your virtue, your being in this world which distinguishes you from others. Similarly, your individual I.D may also be the same Inner drive that links you all together. Furthermore, a person’s Inner Drive will always have a different meaning and connotation behind it, which makes it unique from any other. The point is that we all harvest an Inner Drive and that is exactly what makes us all exceptional.
Today, we are among students, entrepreneurs and business leaders who move and think a little different; ultimately because they have built a deeper connection with their inner recourses and have leveraged their Inner Drive. They have found the passion that continues to cause them to innovate and move forward, evolve with a new sense of ambition and frankly, why they MUST try harder to become successful for themselves. So instead of asking how someone became successful; ask about their I.nner D.rive.
This year, TRMC 2012 will allow delegates to enhance their understanding of how business can be better driven by motivation and innovation.
Business Powered by Motivation, Geared by Innovation…what’s your I.D.?
“In Canada, we’ve seen people come from abroad and want to prove themselves to their parents who are still back in the old country. So, these people come here and do whatever it takes. They start by digging trenches and end up owning thousands of acres and are huge developers. Or, they work in a factory and end up owning factories. We all know these stories. What drives them is that emotional need to prove to their parents, whether they are still alive or not, that they have achieved something in their name. The same applies to me,”
